Addditional Rate Information

All cottages and resorts have a two night minimum Memorial Day -October 1st (will rent one night if not booked and during off season, call for availabilty). Hunting season (3rd week of November) is one week mimimum. 20% off rates December 1st-May 15th.

Deposits & Reservations

So that we may meet your needs, in your email please let us know which cottage your intrested in, how many guest (adults & children), the date you will be staying, and what you will be doing while in our area. We are looking foward to hearing from you!

You may reserve a cottage up to one year in advance at our current rates with a 50% deposit and balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If balance is not recieved cottage will be rented and all cancellations polices will apply.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are recieved more than 14 days prior to your arrival at the cottages or resorts, you may recieve a refund minus a $25.00 booking fee or a return certifcate for the full amount.No refunds or return certificates will be given for cancellations recieved less than 14 days befoe scheduled arrival date.
